will be sent personal plans, due to received data

Fill up, with maximum care, your Id and tecnical data, to be possible to prepare a plan issued to your charater

"O Mundo da Corrida"  will send the plans in 10 to 15 days after the receive of the data

It will be sent by E mail, your personal training plan, and by normal mail ( indicated to the adress ), a brochure with your tecnical file, plan, training details, exercices, training tips and nutricionism
